Cashier / Service Bartender Bourbon Street Cajun Boil
Tired of working early mornings or late nights? Do you love the restaurant industry and taking care of both Kissimmee visitors and local guests? Since opening our doors in 1991, Boston Lobster Feast has become the Orlando area’s Top Seafood Buffet. Now, we are trailblazing with a new concept: all-you-can-eat Cajun boil. Our new restaurant is called Bourbon Street Cajun Boil. Customers delight in the dozens of freshly prepared items, wonderful and friendly service, and a family-oriented atmosphere. We are looking for a special candidate who loves bartending in a service bar who can also serve the role of cashier.
TO QUALIFY YOU NEED:
- 2 years’ experience as a bartender, preferably for a high-volume full-service or fast-casual restaurant.
- Knowledge of wine, beer & liquor service and standards.
- Excellent communication and cash-handling skills. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Thorough understanding of and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS?
- Must be able to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register.
- Must be able to stand and move around for long periods of time every day.
- Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

- Hours of Operation: 4 pm-10 pm Monday – Friday, 2 pm-10 pm Saturdays and Sundays – no late nights or early mornings!
