Responsibilities include:
- Professionally answer and redirect phone calls.
- Accurately facilitate and schedule Durable Medical Equipment orders.
- Maintain patient records from initial paperwork to data entry.
- Monitor e-mail correspondences throughout the day.
- Effectively communicate with patients, clients and other vendors via phone.
- Perform all other related job duties assigned.
Candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to multi-task and adapt to a constantly changing environment. Computer and general program skills (Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, Adobe) are required and light experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Candidate must be eager to learn and grow!
