Cutting edge real estate platform is seeking a front desk / database manager to oversee and assist with technical / database training and orientation for new hires.
Required Experience : 1 year Required : MA Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License
Responsibilities :
- Assists in the management of landlord call center operations
- Answer phone and update property owner information
- Update new real estate listings
- Train new agents on database management / updating
- Warm call / follow up with existing landlords
- Strategize with office managers to optimize listings
- Utilize new technologies to increase landlord engagement
- Work closely with upper management
Candidate must be a team player with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Sales background preferred. Must be personable and have exceptional phone skills. The agent will have the opportunity to earn commissions from real estate transactions- leads provided.
