They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B and growth marketing. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and adept at optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Marketing Manager Specification:
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Execute growth marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media.
- Own demand generation efforts, optimizing funnel performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Manage and analyze performance metrics, leveraging data to inform decisions and improve ROI.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content tailored for B2B audiences.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies and website conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and growth strategies.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with digital marketing strategies, including paid search, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the SaaS or technology sector is a major plus.
