I am working with a leading legal advisor to technology, life sciences, and other growth enterprises worldwide.
They represent companies at every stage of development, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multibillion-dollar global corporations, as well as the venture firms, private equity firms, and investment banks that finance and advise them.
Due to exponential growth, they are currently seeking a Project Manager to join the team.
Project Manager Specification:
- Lead and manage projects of varying scope, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, gather requirements, and ensure alignment across departments.
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide consistent updates to leadership.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project execution.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Evaluate software solutions, manage user expectations, and prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
- Analyze business processes to identify improvements and implement streamlined, automated workflows.
- Execute change management processes in partnership with firm stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to share ideas, findings, and project progress.
- 3 years’ IT experience with strong project management background.
- Proficient in Smartsheet with experience building complex solutions and automations (certification preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage conflict.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office, iOS, and software development/web technologies.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated business acumen, work ethic, and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
- Basic AI prompting experience and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to learn and adopt new tools and technologies quickly.
- Commanding presence in meetings and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Educated to degree level.
