We are looking for a FoH Supervisor for Boston's Pizza, located in Best Western Downtown Casper. We are a 200 guest room property with 39,000 SQ. FT of meeting space.
The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant's front-of-house team, including hosts, servers, and bartenders, ensuring excellent customer service by managing staff schedules, training, resolving customer issues, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with the kitchen to deliver a smooth dining experience; essentially acting as the leader of the visible customer-facing operations within a restaurant or hospitality venue.
Key responsibilities of a Front of House Supervisor:
Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Address employee concerns and disciplinary issues
Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints promptly
- Ensure tables are properly seated and managed to optimize table turnover
- Respond to special requests and dietary restrictions
Operational Oversight:
