We are looking for a friendly and organized Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
- Communicate wait times and seating arrangements effectively.
- Assist with to-go orders and answer customer inquiries.
- Support the FOH team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
