We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with guests and provide top-notch hospitality will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions, to enhance guest relations.
• Upsell additional items to increase sales and enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout service.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Experience with cash register operations is beneficial.
• A passion for providing excellent guest relations and enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely service delivery.
