As a Digital Producer in our Endoscopy Division, you will be part of a group of talented professionals who develop and produce strategic video assets to help advance our business, engage our employees, and elevate our culture. You will be responsible for collaborating with our Professional Education and Marketing teams in addition to other functions and external vendors to develop and manage a variety of media-rich assets that advance this purpose.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation of video projects that take into consideration the goals of an individual initiative as well as strategic divisional objectives.
- Own all phases of a project from preproduction through delivery including :
- Storyboarding and preproduction planning
- Videography and camera operation
- On-site lead during video production and remote / virtual events
- Management of post-production and review process
- Follow best practices to maximize video performance on social media
- Coaching on-camera talent to deliver high quality productions
- Work collaboratively across the enterprise to maximize our video and broadcast technology
- Evaluating, recommending, and sourcing equipment and software
- Keep informed of latest trends and innovations
- Commitment to learning about Boston Scientific’s devices and core values

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
