Do NOT submit Must be willing to float to Chemical Dependency/Detox The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team, responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care. In this role, the RN will be responsible for working alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide day-to-day care of children and adolescents, ages 6-18, on an inpatient Adolescent behavioral unit. The primary diagnosis' that are treated are major depression and ADD/ADHD. He/She will be responsible for medication administration and education, daily documentation of patient care and managing/monitoring behaviors throughout the unit. Additionally, the RN will participate in and lead education groups.
