What are the responsibilities and job description for the AZ- House Supervisor position at Boston Services?
Job Description: Functions as a resource person for the various nursing units by maintaining hospital activities while on shift. Will openly communicate with nursing staff and managers in the Medical and Nursing Division on patient admissions or discharges. Will develop implement staffing plan for assigned shift based on patient acuity, patient census, and available staffing and the utilization of the Float RNs or patient sitters. Requirements: Ten (10) Years of Direct RN Work Experience in Emergency Room/MedSurg/ICU and including five (5) years of critical care, and five (5) Years of Leadership Experience. Licensures/Certifications Requirements: Valid and unrestricted RN License in any US State or Territory; Valid American Heart Association BLS/ACLS Certification (PALS is preferred); TNCC and Moderate IV Sedation Certification. Shift Schedule: 12-Hours Days or Night with weekends and Holiday included.
