- Shift: 10am - 6:30pm, every 3rd weekend 9a-5p.
Weekly Gross: $1224.00 as per 36 hours.
(Please note that there are no guaranteed hours, but you will be paid $34/hr. for the hours you work.)
Job Description:
- Minimum 2 year of experience required.
- Performs patient identification and specimen labeling according to standard operating procedures.
- Understands the phlebotomy processes and techniques to obtain quality blood specimens to ensure that correct decisions are made regarding specimen collection.
- Performs, interprets, and reports point-of-care testing (e.g. glucose) and quality control.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
- Experienced with Epic EMR charting system.
Certification/License/Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s license. ASCP or eligible
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Active BLS certification.
- Active Phlebotomist License.
