RN Emergency Room

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and triage patients based on severity of condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and provide continuous assessment of patient status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in emergency response protocols and critical care transport when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Experience

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in an emergency room or critical care setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of triage protocols and emergency response practices.
• Familiarity with medical imaging procedures and coding is a plus.
• Experience working with patients having developmental disabilities or dementia care is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of physiology and critical care transport principles.

Pay: $2,350.00 - $2,520.00 per week
