Job Description:
- No local candidates within 50 miles.
- 764A CARE COORDINATION- Social Worker
- Min of 2 years of experience within specialty - Hospital-based experience.
Required:
- BLS & LCSW are required in the state of GA.
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or B.S. degree in a related field with a strong clinical background.
- Two (2) years of previous experience in case management, utilization review, or social services.
- Ability to interact with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately at an approximate rate of 30 wpm.
