What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ski Bootfitter position at Boston Ski + Tennis?
Boston Ski Tennis (BST) Bootfitters play a key role in delivering superior in-store customer service and helping customers enjoy the best sport on earth!
We invest in this critical role by ensuring every Bootfitter is thoroughly trained before working with customers, including attending MasterFit University. This is why we are Boston's only certified America's Best Bootfitters shop in the Boston metro area!
We are looking for both experienced Bootfitters and early career ski enthusiasts that are willing to invest the time and energy required to become a BST Bootfitter.

We are looking for professional individuals with excellent customer service and attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Learning and staying up to date on ski bootfitting skills and techniques
- Learning and staying up to date on ski boots across brands and skill levels
- Assist customers in finding equipment that will allow them to enjoy their time on the mountain which requires patience, listening and time management skills
- Running registers and point of sale
Benefits Include:
- $20-$28/hour depending on experience

Flexible schedule needed; shifts range from 9:00 am -7:00pm. Must be available weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays
Must be dependable, hard-working, and enjoy working as part of a team
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Salary : $20 - $28
