APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited Architecture school with B.Arch and / or M.Arch.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in the US after completion of school.
- Interior-focused, forward-thinking with experience on large-scale multifamily projects.
- Architecture licensure is a strong plus, but not required.
Job Description :
As a key member of the project team, responsibilities will begin with developing an interior design concept responsive to the project’s brand concept. The candidate will be responsible for developing floor plans, interior sections and elevations, and finish selections to depict design concepts. The candidate will also be responsible for presenting the concept to the client and taking the approved concept through subsequent phases of design development and construction documents. Knowledge of materials and finish selection is a vital component of the required responsibilities as is knowledge of detailing interior finish systems and casework.
