Senior Marketing Manager

We seek an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs and proposals while working with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing messages that improve brand awareness. This includes but is not limited to social media campaigns, brochures, corporate brand, and assisting with communications, media, and award submissions. This role reports to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of proposals, presentations, and interviews.
• Manage the firm’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Provide updates to the firm’s website.
• Coordinate with consultants (PR, photographers, website designer, and partners).
• Lead award submissions.
• Manage the firm’s CRM.
• Provide updates to the firm’s marketing collateral.
• Support in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts.
• Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
• Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the team while providing instructions for promotion or use.
• Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts.
• Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing support content, ensuring all resources are accurate and current while creating marketing content.
