We are looking for a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team at a local elementary school in Boston. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse learning needs and disabilities, and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
Provide specialized instruction to elementary students with varying disabilities
Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet student needs
Implement effective teaching strategies to promote academic and behavioral growth
Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to support student development
Conduct assessments to monitor and adjust instructional approaches as needed
Salary : $70 - $80
