ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery), ITSM

Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with SCCM utilizing the SCCM Service Graph Connector

Experience in ServiceNow Fundamentals.

Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals or equivalent experience

Expert in configuring ServiceNow modules

Handling incoming requests, maintain data in SN, break/fix and more

knowledge of Procurement, Asset Management, Discovery, and associated ServiceNow modules

ServiceNow, ITSM and ITOM capabilities.
