Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Representative is to oversee the processing of Intercompany & Supplier sales order accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Accurate and timely data entry into the ERP System (SAP) for the following business segments:
- Intercompany Purchase orders
- POD Purchase orders
- Supplier orders
- Receive and respond to inquiries from internal customers to resolve order processing issues.
- Maintain accurate and complete sales order records.
- SAP ERP experience.
