Core Responsibilities of our Account Manager include:
- Educate, present, and complete the sales and account management process directly with qualified customers, based on their individualized needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular contact with them during the sales process to drive sales goals and customer retention, alongside long-term account ownership
- Recognize and recommend any additional products or services that align with customer needs while utilizing the opportunities for cross-selling
- Accurately collect and enter all customer information into our CRM software and ensure quality control and all compliance procedures are followed
- Work alongside fellow Account Managers to monitor changes in products and/or services as well as market trends in the territory to ensure ultimate success
- Dissect market trends and opportunities for customers within the Account Manager team through analytics and daily reporting data
- Collaborate with other Account Managers as well as upper management to conceive new and innovative solutions to solve your accounts’ business needs
Skill Sets Required for our Account Manager position:
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent strongly preferred
- Adaptability and efficiency in building relationships with customers and the Entry Level Management team
- Innate problem-solving and resolution skills
- Extreme discipline to finish all daily responsibilities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with other internal and external parties
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure independently and as a team
- Ability to commute to our onsite Woburn location

Pay: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
