Reporting to the Executive Director of Graduate Enrollment, the Associate Director will lead a team responsible for developing in, customizing of, managing of, and training in the university-wide graduate admissions application, recruitment tool, and CRM (Technolutions Slate). The associate director will recommend and implement sustainable and efficient processes, oversee manual and technical processes, and liaise between technical staff, non-technical staff, and vendors.
This individual will work closely with the central Graduate Enrollment team; school/college admission, recruitment, and marketing teams; Information Services & Technology (IS&T), Enrollment & Student Administration (ENSA), and other relevant departments to support graduate enrollment initiatives, enhance the student experience, and optimize the use of Slate.
