As a key member of the Questrom School of Business MBA Center, reporting to the Executive Director of MBA Programs, the Director of Academic Development is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategy to support the curricular aspects of the graduate programs. This includes assisting in curriculum development, implementing new programs, course planning, and enrollment forecasting. The Director also oversees a team of three Assistant Directors who serve as first line resources, including academic advising, academic integrity, graduation requirements, and referrals for other forms of assistance (mental and physical health, university-wide resources, and resources for those new to the city of Boston, among others) for all full and part time MBA students enrolled at Questrom.

Required Skills

A cover letter is required for consideration.

  • B.A. / B.S. required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least five years of related experience.
  • Prior experience in higher education and / or executive education preferred.
  • Some night and weekend work required.
