Required Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in functional analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with testing tools and methods for complex systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Research Administration systems or similar higher education systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and integration tools.
- Knowledge of service management processes, such as ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
