- Design and test functional solutions to meet our needs, applying expertise in global program operations and technology.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support global program operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage the Global Programs Service Component and ensure continual service improvement.
You will:

- 5 years of experience in a functional analyst or similar role, with a focus on global program operations and technology.
- Proficient knowledge of global program operations, including process flows, data management, and system integrations.
- Experience soliciting and documenting functional requirements.
- Experience with analytical reporting, including data visualization and presentation.
- Experience with technical architecture and system design principles.
- Experience working with TerraDotta ISSS and Study Abroad modules, document management solutions (e.g. Highland OnBase), and Oracle Peoplesoft Campus Solutions is highly desired.
- Familiarity with ITIL terminology and processes.
