The Head of Research Services will cultivate a researcher-focused environment that is positive, informative, and inclusive, aiming to build a global community of students, scholars, and the public who engage with these special collections. A key aspect of this role, which also serves as a manager and mentor to archivists and other information professionals in Special Collections, is to articulate and implement a departmental vision that centers equitable, consistent assistance in a supportive environment for all users.
