The Medical Student Research Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and enhancing medical students' research experiences. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Research, this individual will oversee the program's administrative and operational functions, ensuring that students have access to high-quality research opportunities and receive the support they need to succeed. The Program Coordinator will work closely with faculty, students, and multiple educational and student offices to facilitate accurate and timely communication, track program outcomes, and ensure compliance with program requirements.

Required Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree (required), with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with WordPress and FileMaker Pro is highly preferred; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
