Required Skills
Job Requirements:
- Experience managing research and evaluation projects
- Experience working in a health- or health policy-focused department, organization, or setting
- Knowledge of IRB, HR, contracting, and budgeting processes and requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently, while also working well with teams
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and efficiently manage time
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS)
- 5 years of professional experience
- Masters degree (MPH, MBA, MHA, or equivalent) in management, health care management or administration, health policy, or any related field
- Experience working with health care leadership
- Knowledge of grant application processes and grant management requirements
