The Xia laboratory within the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Biophysics is seeking a research data analyst with a BS degree in Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or similar disciplines. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on Alzheimer’s disease and related neurologic diseases.
The primary purpose of this position to perform annotation and deposition of data, to utilize computational pipelines for data analysis, and to interpret data within the context of each disease using data visualization techniques. The individual will use SAS, SQL, Stata MP, and R programming to analyze clinical data.
Required Skills
Bachelor's and 1 to 3 years of experience.
