- Supervised by CReM Bioinformatician, assist with data processing pipelines in our High-Performance Computing Cluster
- With guidance from supervisor, help with data analysis on genomics and transcriptomics experiment.
- In collaboration with supervisor, will explore tools for data visualization focused on enabling user interaction
- Keep up with the relevant literature
- Communicate and share insights with bioinformatic and wet-lab scientists
- Meet the supervisor to receive instructions, learn techniques and be mentored in this field.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-3 years of experience.
- Experience with R, Python and Linux programming language
- Be passionate about research aimed at improving human health
- Be collaborative and embrace open science
- Experience with single cell data
- Familiarity with RShiny and SnakeMake
