Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) is seeking applicants with diverse skills and experiences to join our innovative and inclusive community. We are looking for a passionate and logical technology professional to join the ranks of our dynamic and diverse team. Individuals will have the opportunity to promote communication between the Boston University community and our centralized IT department, applying technical expertise to assess our needs and advocate for and implement technology solutions. Individuals will provide end-to-end technology support to our client communities by building relationships and establishing themselves as the point person in an technology-driven world.
The right candidate is one who highly values the client experience and succeeds in a team-based structure, and ensures technology works for the client, not the other way around. You will report to one of our Client Technology Engineering Managers. You will :
- Maintain and provide expert level support for several areas on the Charles River Campus including :
Unified Communications platforms such as Cisco Unified Communications, Webex, Zoom, and / or Teams Calling
