The CI Learning Facilitator is responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating standard work documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role will focus on writing content for learning materials, job aids, and process guides to ensure employees have the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. The facilitator will work closely with operations, service, and retail teams to document best practices and enhance learning experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
(Tasks independently owned and executed by the role)
- Develop training materials, job aids, and process documentation to support continuous improvement and employee development.
- Create and maintain standard work procedures to ensure consistency in operations, service, and retail processes.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to reinforce learning and skill development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document best practices and streamline workflow processes.
- Assist in implementing new training technologies and digital learning solutions.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance data analysis.
- Support the CX CI Sr. Manager in rolling out process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure training content is aligned with company goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Support Responsibilities:
(Duties that require collaboration but are not solely owned by the role)
- Assist in onboarding new employees by providing learning resources and training sessions.
- Partner with managers and frontline teams to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA.
- Work with IT and Learning & Development teams to optimize learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Participatory Responsibilities:
(Tasks requiring engagement and collaboration across teams)
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between training programs and business initiatives.
- Attend store, warehouse, and service location visits to observe processes and gather insights for training content.
- Engage in company-wide training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide input on process improvement projects related to customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Associates in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in training development, instructional design, continuous improvement, or a related role.
- Experience writing training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), LMS platforms, and e-learning tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make improvements.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a combination of office, retail, and operational environments.
- Frequent interaction with teams in stores, distribution centers, and service locations.
- Occasional travel (up to 25%) to company locations for training and process documentation.
- May require standing, walking, and presenting in front of groups for extended periods.
