Job Summary:
Provide superior customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision in a professional and timely manner while maintaining employee safety standards.
What you will be doing each day:
- Oversee warehouse operations for 2 locations
- Facilitate the training of warehouse staff part time and full time
- Assist in customer pickups
- Loading and unloading trucks to include generating and acknowledging transfers
- Moving, unpacking, and assembly of heavy merchandise
- Pulling and prepping merchandise for pickup, delivery, transfer, or floor display
- Assist stores with placing and removing floor display product
- Maintain accurate inventory by using barcoding system and STORIS.
- Assist in keeping all areas of the warehouse clean and safe
- Proficient in all skills needed to operate equipment and tools
- Assist in accurate inventory control
- Maintenance of equipment
- Travel between warehouse locations
- Back up the Delivery or Lead when needed and be the contact for the delivery crews when needed
