What you will be doing each day:
Fulfill and support all store leadership functions with the Store Manager
Support management staffing needs within the company as needed
Mentor new hires in sales training
On-boarding new hires in the store
Lead weekly store meeting at least once monthly

Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions
Passion about doing a great job and making a great living

Leadership experience preferred
Ability to make quick, rational decisions
Computer skills
High School diploma or GED
