We are seeking an experienced Maitre d’ to oversee guest services, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless front-of-house operation. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a critical role in shaping their dining experience. You’ll manage a large team of hosts, provide leadership in a high-volume setting, and ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and impeccable service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists, optimizing seating arrangements to maximize efficiency.
- Lead and supervise a team of hosts, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
