Our Clerks/CFRs (customer-food representatives) are responsible for helping our customers, making food, frosting donuts, preparing other baked good items, and general clean-up of dishes, equipment, and the building. The following is what we're looking for in a canidiate: 

• Positive Attitude
• We would prefer someone who can "float" between our two store locations (Plainfield and Rockford)
• Flexible schedule
• Someone with the ability to work any/all shifts (between 5am and 2pm) is highly preferred!
• You MUST be able to work weekends 
• We need someone who is able to open and/or close by themselves (state law requires you be over the age of 18 for this position)
• Willingness to do what's needed for the greater of the company and co-workers
• Stand on feet for majority of your shift, able to lift, bend, etc.
• Lift up to 50lbs. at times
• Enjoy working with others
• Team player
• Ability to follow directions and learn
• Ability to read and speak English
• Ability to work independently and time manage themselves
• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly to everyone, including management
• Concern for health and food safety

Wage and Compensation: 

• • Company-sponsored health insurance benefits (75% paid by us!) 

  • 401k benefit (we contribute 3% of wages, regardless of how much you choose to!) 

  • Starting wage is $11/hour. PLUS TIPS! While tips are not guaranteed most average $10-$30 per shift 

  • Hours vary between Shifts 5:30am-2:30pm Wednesday- Friday 5:30am-1:30pm Saturday and 6:30am-1:30pm Sunday

• We do have a no-smoking policy. Experience is NOT needed... just good honest hard-working people. ServSafe certified is a plus, but not required.
