Job Summary :
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as a Field Supervisor and Project Manager , combining hands-on leadership of on-site operations with strategic project oversight. This hybrid role involves supervising field teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and managing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate field operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee field staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Monitor project progress and field activities, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards on all job sites.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, adherence to plans, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates, progress reports, and project status presentations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure resource availability and resolve operational or project-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance project delivery.

Work Environment :
This position requires a mix of on-site supervision at field locations and office-based project management responsibilities. Travel to field sites and occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
