Job Description and Responsibilities
- A Construction Project Manager / Superintendent is responsible for managing construction projects from groundbreaking to completion. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and building dept. officials to define project needs, oversee staff performance, and maintain the construction jobsite. You will monitor projects from planning to completion, including tasks such as budgeting and scheduling. You will follow our quality standards and ensure the safety and security of the construction jobsite.
A Construction Project Manager / Superintendent also communicates and negotiates with business partners such as vendors, sub-contractors, other project managers, company ownership, etc. Responsibilities in this role include supporting the company vision, mission, and values while being accountable and transparent with company ownership. You will learn our systematic processes, connect ideas with designs, have a hunger to evolve, and enjoy the process! Other responsibilities include construction scheduling and calendaring appointments, follow up with vendors, contractors, etc. via email, phone, and on the jobsite meetings.
