Job Summary :
Our Client's firm is seeking to hire an experienced and accomplished attorney to assume a Senior Associate role in their New York construction litigation practice with experience handling all aspects in the defense of personal injury actions arising under the New York Labor Law [namely, Sections §200, 240(1) and 241(6)]. Their clients in these matters include property
owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and municipalities.
- This is a remote position, but candidate must live within commutable distance to Long Island, for occasional in-office meetings.
