Description
Service Administrators are responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience at OneWater Marine. They are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding the customers’ expectations through timely service, done in a profitable and efficient manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enters in all warranty pre-authorizations for the entire service team
- Tracks the process and payment of all warranty claims within agreed upon timeframes
- Collect and transfers accurately all warranty information to the repair order when needed
- Communicates effectively with Service Management team to complete all repair order related activities
- Researches and resolves claims not paid in full by the manufacturer, involving management when required
- Reviews the warranty-aging and service receivable report with management to keep all receivables under 90 days
- Promote available training to team members and provide necessary information about sessions
- Maintains and analyzes training and certification records while informing supervisors of team member achievements
- Warranty registers all new boats, engines, and applicable systems or options
- Successfully transfers warranty coverage on all sold boats – collecting fees when applicable
- Maintains service delivery follow-up call program – maintaining log with results
- Maintains CSI call program – maintaining log with results in assistance with corporate
- Submits all dealer inspection reports to manufacturers within necessary timeframes
- Handles all incoming service phone calls – routes to appropriate service personnel
- Answers incoming dealership phone calls as 2nd up
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Promotes teamwork, and supports other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat.
- Supports sales team in the execution of successful Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales/customer events.
