The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling property damage claims, representing clients in disputes involving real property, construction defects, insurance claims, and related matters. This position requires expertise in evaluating, litigating, and resolving complex property damage cases, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
