Boswell Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Utility Project Lead to manage substation and transmission line projects. As a leader, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in project management, with a focus on electrical substations and transmission lines. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred. Formal project management training is also required.
Responsibilities include:
- Assigning and managing projects ranging from breaker replacements to new substation builds
- Coordinating with clients for training and safety procedures
- Maintaining internal standards and policies
- Performing other duties as assigned
