What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Bot-L-Gas, Inc.?
We are looking for a full time customer service representative for a family owned propane company. Knowledge of the propane industry is not necessary but may be helpful. This position requires excellent communication skills with our customers as they are our number one priority. Must be a team player as job duties may change quickly.
Responsibilities may include:
Customer service: taking payments over the phone or in person, billing questions, delivery inquiries, service calls, resolving any disputes in a calm, kind manner.
Data entry: entering payments on customers accounts and or fuel deliveries. Accuracy is a must! Paying close attention to detail.
Misc jobs: Filing (yes we all hate it but it must get done)
Candidate must be a team player with the capability of working independently and not afraid to ask questions and or receive guidance when needed.
Must be available to work a rotating Saturday from 8:00 - 12:00 pm
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
