Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman to join our team. The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair
tasks across our facilities. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, functional, and professional environment for our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of repair and maintenance tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues with building systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report any major repair needs to management.
- Repair or replace doors, windows, tiles, flooring, and other interior/exterior building components.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other critical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair needs as necessary.
- Lift and deliver large boxes to correct departments.
- Organize equipment facility and keep it maintained.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Proficient in various general repair and maintenance tasks.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle lifting, climbing, and other physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
