We are currently hiring Delivery Drivers.
DELIVERY DRIVER
Delivery Drivers are essential to ensuring cannabis access to local consumers. They are responsible for end-to-end delivery of confirmed orders from the dispensary to the consumer's address and must have a working car and exude professionalism. Delivery Drivers will work semi-independently and as a result of the rote nature of driving, a strong work ethic is required. This is a part-time position, between 20-30 hours/week..
JOB OVERVIEW:
Delivery Drivers have a unique role at the dispensary, as they serve not only as a deliverer-of-goods, but also as an external representation of the business. Their primary role is to transport orders from the retail dispensary to consumer residences. Drivers will utilize route-mapping software to efficiently deliver pre-paid orders, verify consumer identify, and ensure consumer satisfaction. Other tasks may include assisting with packing orders and labeling products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and organize orders and products routed for consumer delivery
- Appropriately check out and utilize store equipment to receive order information, driving directions, compliance paperwork, and communications from the retail dispensary
- Drive from dispensary to requested delivery address
- Coordinate face-to-face deliveries with customers, verify customer identification, collect signatures, and finalize all paperwork to complete required job tasks in a compliant manner
- Other tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service and people skills required
- Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize work, and manage time to accomplish tasks with multiple interruptions
- Excellent organizational skills (detailed oriented)
- Must own or lease their own vehicle. Vehicles must be registered through the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles, be clean and properly maintained in good working condition
- Must maintain up to date vehicle registration and insurance and have a clean driving record with a valid, in-state driver’s license
- Must apply for and receive a state-issued Facility Agent card. The cost of this card is $300 and belongs to you. It allows you to work in any dispensary in the state of Arizona.
- **MUST BE 21 to work in state-licensed dispensary!
