What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Botanical Artistry LLC?
We are seeking a motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Foreman role which would involve leading teams and overseeing projects. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in hard work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a career in landscaping. Hours fluctuate throughout the seasons with winter being the slowest season. This role is a highly physical position with lots of heavy lifting and working a shovel. Strength is an important skill to have in this role.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas would be preferred:
-irrigation
-drainage
-plant installation
-landscape installation
-ability to operate machinery/equipment
-plant care
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
