- Scheduling service in shop and roadside support
- Collecting revenue for chargeable jobs
- Ensuring warranty claims are managed through
- Extreme focus on engagement with recording customer issues, walking through fixes, organizing notes and actions to manage through the service.
- Shifts will be weekdays and weekends when needed.
