Botetourt Veterinary Hospital is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team. Someone with experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We are searching for someone who is capable of working in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements of the position include: Flexible availability of around 35-38 hours per week with a rotating Saturday schedule, positive attitude and enthusiasm, ability to multi-task, kindness and compassion for our valued clients and patients, comfortable working around dogs and cats, and the ability to handle stressful or uncomfortable situations with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities of the position include: providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, utilizing data entry skills to update customer information accurately in the system, scheduling appointments, checking clients and patients in and out for appointments, utilizing excellent phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone, communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met, making outbound calls to follow up with customers, and other tasks as assigned.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
