Title: Banking Agent (Hybrid)
Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854
Duration: 2 years contract
Direct Client
Description
· Open bank accounts in local currencies, including all the know-your-customer information
· Integrate the new bank accounts into the Treasury applications, both Coupa and NGBC environments
· Work with Accounting to ensure that the proper information is sent to Oracle when bank accounts are for companies
· Work with Tax and Legal & Compliance to ensure bank accounts are opened under the proper entity
· Open merchant account processing in other countries, as necessary
· Research purchasing card programs in other currencies, as necessary
Qualifications
· Treasury/banking experience is required
· Experience in a customer service environment is a plus
· Must be very organized and possess strong analytical skills focusing on accuracy and timeliness
· Attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
· Must possess strong and effective verbal communication skills and be able to articulate processes and procedures related to Treasury and banking services to Volunteers and internal staff members
· Must possess strong written communication skills to communicate with Volunteer Treasurers and internal staff via email regarding Treasury and banking services
· Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Pay: $43.00 - $46.00 per hour

Experience:
- Opening bank accounts: 2 years (Preferred)
- Integrating bank accounts into treasury workstation: 2 years (Preferred)
