- Must possess strong project management skills and the ability to create relationships and strategic partnerships across the client
- Successful record of increasing efficiency, accuracy, and financial visibility by creating, streamlining and improving processes, systems, and reports with the ability to recognize areas that are prime for such improvement review consideration
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with analytical ability to resolve issues quickly & accurately
- Customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills; Must be able to work well with various levels of staff and volunteers including the client senior management and volunteer leadership
- Self-motivated with the ability to undertake complex financial analyses
- Time management and organizational skills to be able to multi-task and to determine priorities in an ever-changing environment with agility and confidence
- Ability to understand the larger picture, within the context of the operating unit and at the client level
- Strong technical and financial knowledge, including understanding of accounting and internal controls
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, Cloud Software and other MS products
- Detailed and results oriented. Must be able to monitor and check work for accuracy.
- This position works with limited direction, under minimal supervision, and manages the process with general overall guidance

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

- Treasury, Legal & Compliance, Audit & Tax Liaison: 4 years (Preferred)
